NOTE: Information on orders shipping to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is included here. International Customers, including orders shipping to Canada and Mexico, should refer to the section Ordering Information: International.


Placing an Order

Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Allow 1–2 business days for processing orders. Orders with RUSH Shipping (extra fee) must be received by noon Central Time zone to be processed and shipped the same business day.

Shipping Your Order

NOTE: Orders being shipped to outside the Continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) must contact ICE to Request a Quote for Shipping Charges prior to placing an order.

Allow 1–2 business days for processing orders after payment has been received by ICE. Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Please use physical street addresses for your order; ICE and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO shipping addresses. UPS will send tracking information to the email address you provided with your order.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: Request a Quote for Shipping Charges

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico must request a quote for shipping rates. First, collect the Information Needed outlined below and, then submit it to the ICE office by fax or email.

Information Needed

ICE will respond by email with a quote including shipping rates based on the information provided. Any changes to the order, shipping address, shipping method, or payment method may result in a change in price. Quotes are valid for 10 business days. Orders placed after 10 business days will not be honored and a new request must be made.

NOTE: This section applies to all orders shipping to a country other than the U.S. or Puerto Rico. If your order is being shipped to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico refer to the section Ordering Information: U.S.


Placing an International Order

Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Allow 1–2 business days for processing orders.

NOTE: ICE is prohibited from shipping the Nanocrystalline Solar Cell Kit to individuals in Mexico. Please see our FAQ for more information.

Shipping Information: International Orders

Orders being shipped to any international location (including Canada and Mexico) must contact the ICE Office to Request a Quote for Shipping Charges. International customers may choose to ship their order through a customs brokerage company of their choice. If an order will be shipped to a broker located in the continental U.S., Continental Shipping Rates will apply.

Allow 1–2 business days for processing orders after payment has been received by ICE. Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), by either UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited. ICE ships to all countries where UPS (United Parcel Service) delivers.

Please use physical street addresses for shipping your order. ICE and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO shipping addresses. UPS will send tracking information to the email address you provided with your order. International orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days of shipment.

All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are in addition to our shipping charges and are due at the time of delivery; all such fees are the responsibility of the customer. ICE cannot predict what fees will be charged so these fees cannot be included in our quote.

When possible, UPS will deliver packages to your shipping address. If any duties, taxes or brokerage fees are due, UPS will notify the customer of the balance due at delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any fees in order to receive the shipment.

Customers must provide a contact phone number and email when placing orders. UPS may use this contact information to reach customers if there are fees due or if there are problems delivering the shipment. Customers are responsible for communicating with UPS and making the arrangements to receive the package. If UPS cannot contact the customer within 48 hours of the original delivery date the package will be abandoned. While ICE will make every effort to contact customers on behalf of UPS, ICE will not refund or exchange orders due to an abandoned package.




Request a Quote for Shipping Charges for International Orders
